DESCRIPTION

The 5th Street Residences are four architecturally designed, studio-style apartments located above a commercial cafe on 5th Street, Courtenay’s most charming downtown street. All four studios are designed with open-plan, modern layouts with opening skylights, reclaimed hardwood floors, fully equipped modern kitchens, and storage units large enough to store everything from bicycles to ski equipment. This well-managed, non-smoking building is pet-friendly and the studios can be rented as residences or live/work spaces.

The 5th Street Studios offer urban living with access to all the recreation opportunities that characterize the Comox Valley. The City of Courtenay (approximate population 25,000) is a thriving cultural hub with a rich history. This is one of few places in the world where you may go ocean kayaking in the morning, cycle at lunch, downhill ski in the afternoon at the neighboring mountains, and then end your day dining at a five-star restaurant or simply enjoying a picnic on the beach.
